Sales Administrator


Required Sales Administrator.

 

Duties to include:

 

  • Responding to inbound customer enquiries via phone call, fax or email 

 

  • Preparing quotes for customers and taking accurate information for detailed orders

 

  • Contacting clients to obtain missing information or answer queries

 

  • Checking the companies order management system when orders are placed to check stock and confirm product availability

 

  • Liaise with the team to ensure timely deliveries to effectively manage customer expectations

 

  • Communicating any delays in orders to customers and working with the team to minimise delays.

 

  • Assist in the management of stock, including stock take and raising purchase orders for specials.

 

  • Support the sales team with day to day customer enquiries

 

  • Updating customer records to ensure all details are accurate and up to date

 

  • Complete additional ad hoc duties as and when required by the company directors

 

Knowledge and Experience


  • Strong administration and coordination skills

 

  • Computer literate with experience in CRM and MS Office applications including Outlook, Word and Excel.

 

  • Good attention to detail and excellent time management skills

 

  • Strong communication in both verbal and written formats is essential

 

  • Able to work efficiently and accurately in a pressurised environment whilst working to strict timescales

 

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
